If your system is older than seven years and you cannot find a replacement part, please contact us — we will do our best to find a solution.

Training

Training is carried out after a machine has been commissioned by an SCI service specialist. The key purpose is to pass on our technical know-how and enhance the expertise of operators, process engineers, and maintenance engineers.

Training is conducted on the machine itself with a hands-on approach. The maximum number of participants per session is limited to three people to maximise the quality of the training.

Legacy & Discontinued Systems

Our policy is to do our best for our customers, even for obsolete systems. By obsolete we indicate a model that is no longer in production because it has been substituted by a more current model or upgraded. For most of these systems we can still provide service and spare parts.

Systems listed from 1 to 6 below are more than 10 years old and we may have difficulties sourcing parts. In this case, please contact our Service Department to see if a modification is possible. We will do our best to get you up and running.
